Our team of escrow officers, Jon Lizarraga, Pam Deschuymere, Karissa Maiorca and Genia Ginther have over 80 years of experience in Resale, Refinance, Tribal Lease Land, REO, Short Sale, Commercial, Foreign Investor Sales and difficult, detail oriented transactions.

We are proud to have a staff complete with members as well as board members of the Desert Escrow Association and the California Escrow Association.

Pam Deschuymere has been in the escrow industry since 1994 and specializes in Resale, Tribal and Private Lease, REO, Short Sale, Commercial, Mobile Home and Refinance Transactions.

Genia Ginther has been in the Real Estate settlement industry for 17 years.  Genia specializes and has become proficient in Tribal Leasehold Properties, Private Lease Transactions, Refinances, Commercial, Residential and For Sale by Owner as well as creative financing transactions.

Karissa Maiorca has been in the escrow industry since 2002, and specializes in Resale, Tribal  as well as Private Lease, REO, Short sale, and Refinance Transactions.
